ไม่รู้ว่าแก้ได้หรือยัง ผมเคยเป็นกับเครื่อง Oppo ผมเลยสอบถามไปทาง Support ของ Strava ได้คำตอบแบบนี้ครับ

Thanks for writing in. Can you check to make sure you have any battery saver features disabled on your phone? Also, please go into your Location settings and make sure it is set to "High Accuracy".

Also, you may want to try recording with Auto-Pause disabled to see if that helps for future rides. Even with "auto-pause" turned off Strava will still calculate your resting time when you upload and remove that from your activity's moving time calculation. To enable or disable "Auto-Pause", just tap the Settings icon from the record screen and you'll see the "Auto-Pause" option.
